How do you know your computer penetrative or not and Is it a virus or not

the way is to find some bad programs in my register

how do this ???

just go to :


Start-->run-->(regedit)-->HKEY_CURRENT_USER-->Software-->Microsoft

if you find name of this :

Bifrost
spy-net
Poison
bermuda

so your windows is penetrative and you must delete this programs

....
